What is “Feminine & Free”?

Feminine and Free is an online MEMBERS ONLY space for women who are

desiring a NUANCED container to question, dismantle and reclaim their

Natural Femininity, facilitated professionally by a trained Certified Coach and

Femininity Mentor (Martine De Luna) and supported by other like-minded

women. It has international representation, and does Monthly Zoom

Gatherings to connect members virtually in community and fellowship.

Who is it for?

Our space is open to all WOMEN. Note that we are largely a God-oriented

space, and maintain the core values of Truth, Freedom, Faith and Womanhood. We are open to single women, married women, women who work or have a business, college-level students, mothers (single or married), as long as they desire to cultivate a truth-based perspective on femininity.

How do we connect?

Our members-only private Telegram Group works as a "Support & Cheerleading" hub, where Martine De Luna will be able to answer submitted questions for advice, tips, ideas, and where the other ladies may also tune in and provide support. Consider it a space to let your guard down and be supported as a woman growing in femininity.

How does it work?

During each Monthly Gathering :

We meet through Zoom with like-minded members from all over the world

We have a Telegram Chat for chats and occasional Q&As with each other.

We Meet on ZOOM, in the following ways:

1st Saturday of each month: TEACHING TRANSMISSION with Martine (Facebook; linked into F&F portal. You must own a Facebook account.)

3rd or 4th WEEKEND (Sat or Sun) of each month: COMMUNITY COACHING CALL with Martine (Zoom)

TEACHING and COMMUNITY COACHING call times on these weekends will alternate each month between 9AM PST and 4PM PST. They are intentionally varied to accommodate the INTERNATIONAL array of timezones. The call times will be announced at the beginning of each month.

There are occasionally exceptions or adjustments to the week of the month that calls are held, as we take into account holidays and special occasions, as well as days when Martine is taking a break (say, during a menstrual phase).

Hi, I’m Martine De Luna.

I’ve been supporting women and girls through collectives and private conversation spaces, since I was in my early 20s (some 20 years ago). My first experience in facilitating groups was as a Young Ladies’ discipleship group facilitator (in my church community). I’ve also been an English Writing Teacher (I have an associates’ in Journalism), teaching high school students on how write properly-crafted essays and compositions.

All that said, the most fulfilling facilitation role I’ve had is that of a WIFE and a MOTHER to a teenage son and a daughter, which has allowed me in the last 11 years to also SERVE in business as a women’s femininity mentor, through the professions of consulting (personal branding) and Transformational Coaching (in which, I am certified).

My questions help you find Your Answers, and your answers draw you deeper into the meaning of who you are: That you are a Sacred Daughter of God, and that you are Loved.

Feminine & Free, as a collective, is for the woman who desires to —

Come together humbly and safely, with other women who are unlearning the ideologies, beliefs and behaviors that have pitted her against her own femininity, family, biology and yes, the men in her life.
Learn to live according to the Truth-based design of their feminine biology.
Cut through the confusion around femininity and masculinity, and develop her personal awareness and values around these aspects. We appreciate and uphold NUANCE and LISTENING to varying views. This isn’t necessarily a “safe space,” either (meaning, there is no guarantee that some of the topics and conversations will not ‘hurt your feelings’ or ‘trigger’ you).
Develop her innate capacity for discernment and decisions, by understanding the masculine and feminine aspects in specific areas of her life: her goals, her relationships, her home matters, work/education matter, and also business concerns (if applicable).
Learn the meaning of true devotional femininity, where it applies in her specific personal lived experiences.

Is there a “start date” for Feminine & Free?

Are the calls for any kind of relationship status?

If you would like to grow in a circle of women who are learning to dismantle what does not make them more feminine, devotional and growing in trust and faith, then you can be single or married or dating, a parent, a wife, a working woman, a full time homemaker, even a college/university student.

How long are the Monthly Gatherings (Zoom calls)?

Expect to set aside time for the calls, for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours each month. These will be held on either a Saturday early EVENING (for those in the United States / South America), OR a Saturday afternoon (for those in Australia)/ morning in Central Europe.

Do I have to be religious?

Here in Feminine & Free, we do not wish to “label” anyone by anything. Everyone here is a woman desiring to learn Truth-based Womanhood and Femininity, and to be supported in that kind of a mindset and character. We accept all women who believe that there can be a space for a feminine woman who is a critical-thinker, who is not led by her emotions but guided in all Truth.

How do the payments work, if I’m on the monthly payment plan?

The full program investment for 12 paid months as a member, is divided into 12 payments of $36 each month. So, if you’re on the monthly payment plan, you’ll be billed by an automated billing service (PayPal), which will remind you at the beginning of each month to settle your monthly fee for a total of twelve (12) payments.Note: For only the 1st payment, you are billed a one-time $1.88 setup fee, for the registration of your membership subscription. After this initial fee, the subsequent monthly payments will be $36.00. Once you complete a total of 12 payments of $36, you’ll have paid your membership in full. Hooray! You can also pay $362 as full payment, and save $72.

How do I begin Feminine & Free membership?

1. Apply in the button below and pay your membership fee. Pay monthly by installment of $36 per month, for 12 installments. (Total of $432.)

3. Once a paid member, you will be added to an Email List, which is our main mode of communication for Call Schedules. These emails contain the links to Zoom, so you can attend the Monthly Gathering coaching calls, and access all the materials inside the membership program.
